Dvallar

Dvallar (Gürcüce: დვალები, Dvalebi; Osetçe: Туалтæ, Twaltæ) Gürcülerin etnografik bir koludur.^[1] Büyük Kafkas Dağları'nın her iki cephesinde de yaşamış olan Dvallar, Daryal ve Mamison Vadileri'nin arasında yaşamaktaydı. Bu tarihi bölge günümüzde büyük ölçüde Güney Osetya sınırları içerisindedir. Dvalların yaşadığı tarihi bölgenin küçük bir kısmı ise Kuzey Osetya-Alanya, Rusya ve tarihi Raça-Hevi bölgelerinin sınırları içerisindedir. Dvalların konuştuğu dille ilgili üç farklı görüş vardır: Nah dilleri,^{[2][3][4][5][6]} Osetçe^[7][8][9] ve Gürcüce.
